Nothing is more relaxing or satisfying than finishing a long day and then getting into your pajamas for the night. No matter if it's women's, men's, or women-specific loungewear, we love our loungewear.

1. Sleep – This one may seem obvious but most people sleep less than 8 hours a night. If you're one of these people, remember to put on your flannel pajamas and go to bed if the clock strikes midnight.

2. Read – Reading is an excellent activity that will help you fall asleep. You can style your bed with a set of men's or women's sleepwear. You wouldn't have sat in your bedroom as a child to read a bedtime story, so why would you?

3. Watch the news- You can walk through your house in both men's and women's loungewear.

4. Exercise – Although you probably didn't see it coming, if your home is where you do your weight lifting, your pajamas may be less restrictive than your regular clothes. You will actually find that pajamas for men and women are a great alternative to yoga wear if you do your yoga at night.

5. Paint your nails – This is for women. You should wear women's loungewear if you plan to indulge in some pampering or self-indulgence. Your skin deserves to feel soft and beautiful as you pamper yourself. You will feel more relaxed when you put on your favorite pajamas.
